Ester Shahaf is a graduate of Tel Aviv University in theater and costume design. Drawing her
inspiration from her sorruonds, Ester resides and creates in the picturesque town of Binyamina,
integrating all the different cultures of our region. Combining orient with nouveau, Mediterranean
with modern and bringing up in color and style all the exotic heritage that makes this land and
people so enchanting. Ester uses in her work a blend of materials to even the contrasts. The soft
and warm wood blends with the clean, smooth metal, as well as shiny crystals rest on satin vivid
colors. Each piece is individually hand crafted,using pewter,silver,brass and Swarovski crystals.
Ester Shahaf judaica creations are displayed in museum shops and top art-shops in Israel and
the United States.
